Services Provided
Lionheart Wellbeing provides wellness services including, but not limited to:
Therapeutic massage
Holistic massage
Reiki
Energy work
Nervous system support services
Wellness-focused bodywork
Hormone support massage
First responder recovery massage
All services are intended to support relaxation, stress reduction, and overall wellness.
Not Medical Care
Services provided by Lionheart Wellbeing are not medical treatment and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Clients should consult a licensed healthcare provider regarding any medical concerns. Reiki, energy work, and massage therapy are complementary wellness practices and should not replace medical or psychological care.
No guarantees are made regarding outcomes or results from services.
Eligibility
Services are intended only for individuals 18 years of age or older. Minors are not permitted to book or receive services at this time.
By booking services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
Booking & Payment
Appointments may be booked through ClinicSense or approved scheduling methods.
Payment processing is handled through Square and other authorized third-party providers.
Certain services, deposits, prepaid appointments, or promotional purchases may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Clients agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and authorize charges related to booked services and applicable cancellation fees.
Cancellation & Appointment Policies
By booking services, clients agree to the separate Lionheart Wellbeing Policy.
That policy includes information regarding:
Cancellation fees
Late arrivals
No-shows
Card-on-file requirements
Appointment rescheduling

Client Responsibility & Consent
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete health and wellness information prior to receiving services.
By participating in services, clients acknowledge and understand that:
Massage and bodywork involve physical touch and manipulation of soft tissue
Reiki and energy work are complementary wellness modalities
Certain techniques may involve emotional or physical responses
Participation is voluntary
Clients may stop or modify a session at any time
Clients assume responsibility for communicating discomfort, medical concerns, sensitivities, or boundaries during sessions.
Right to Refuse or Discontinue Service
Lionheart Wellbeing reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or discontinue services at any time for reasons including, but not limited to:
Inappropriate behavior
Harassment
Sexual misconduct
Aggressive or unsafe conduct
Intoxication or impairment
Violation of business policies
Health or safety concerns
Any inappropriate conduct will result in immediate termination of the session and may result in refusal of future services.
